The Ventura County Medical Association offers many exciting opportunities for local businesses to introduce themselves to the local medical community and make their products and services known to this professional segment of the Ventura County Physician market.

Mailing labels are available for pre-approved announcements and materials. Labels can be printed by zip codes, cities, medical specialties and in other combinations. Informative and well-attended, General Membership Dinner Meetings are held several times a year on topics of practice management, economic, regulatory or policy issues that affect a medical practice. They are held in the evenings from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Audience size ranges from 50 to 150. Sponsors are listed in meeting announcement and may have an exhibitor display or handouts. $250 per meeting per exhibitor, or $1,500 to be a corporate sponsor. Send an e-mail inquiry.

Informative Medical Office Managers Forums are held quarterly. Guest speakers provide information tailored to assist local medical office personnel in their jobs. They are luncheon meetings; audience size ranges from 50 to 125. Sponsors are listed in the meeting announcement and can provide materials for display or handout. $250 per meeting.

Product/service endorsements are available for services that are unique, or that represent a special savings for VCMA members. Typically this means discounts on your quality services, better interest rates, etc. offered to our physician members. Send an e-mail inquiry.
