  The U.S. Senate Finance Committee has released a budget reconciliation bill that expands on the House-passed HR 1, slashing an additional $200 billion from Medicaid, eliminating the House’s modest Medicare physician payment increase, and continuing student loan limitations that threaten the physician workforce pipeline.
