A bill sponsored by the CMA that addresses dangers associated with the use of artificial intelligence in health care has passed out of the Legislature this week and heads to Governor Gavin Newsom’s desk for signature.
CMA announced that Senate Bill 351, a CMA-sponsored bill authored by Senator Christopher Cabaldon, has passed out of the Legislature and is headed to the Governor’s desk.
